I work in private practice as a qualified clinical supervisor - both online and in person.
My work as a supervisor is much informed by relational and integrative theory and so I supervise both trainee's and qualified practitioners from a wide range of theoretical approaches.
I trained with the Hawkins & Shohet Process Model as well as the Inskipp & Proctor Functional Model of Supervision.
My aim is to support you in your role as a practitioner and to help further develop insight and skills that can enhance your clinical practice.
